I noticed they actually engage further then I previously thought. (It used to go into a different sounding ignition cruise) Now that seems to be cleared up. And when the car is idling, it sounds better. And the throttle response has gotten 25% better with the throttle valve cleaning. I then reset adaptations on o2, catylac converters, throttle valves,, and I also ran an adaption test on the filler pipe /intake. So I put ISTA on it, and I now have 2 codes. I’ve taken the throttle valves off for cleaning, replacing all intake manifold gaskets, timing cover gaskets, valve cover gaskets/ valve cover (oil separators), front and rear coolant pipe gaskets, and a few other parts. So I’ve finally got around to fixing, and replacing my MAP sensor/ pressure sensor on my s65. Or the DME has a peculiar and very unlikely fault. Or the plug just fell out because the last 'mechanic' to work on the car broke the clip. Or the connector failed from a manufacturing defect. It always remains a possibility that mice came into your engine compartment and bit through the wires to the sensor. Not wanting to put too fine a point on it but it's 'solved' when you replace the MAP sensor for bank 2 and the problem goes away.
